Personalized Coaching

Exercise physiology research consistently shows that the number one predictor of physical fitness outcomes is adherence to a program. Not intensity. Not when or how you train. Not even what supplements you take. The most important factor to getting more fit is your ability to show up day after day and put in the work. At TPF, we give you the support and motivation you need to keep showing up through regular 1 on 1 video calls and text check-ins. During these sessions, we will discuss your progress, and you will receive guidance and feedback to help you get the most out of your plan. Between sessions, your coach will be available via text to give you feedback and advice on your workouts and nutrition.

Customized Programming and Nutritional Guidance

Everyone is different, and everyone’s workout and nutrition plan should be different to optimize for desired results. At Thomas Pillow Fitness, we tailor unique, customized programs according to your specific goals, schedule, equipment, and preferences. We also work with you to create a custom nutrition plan that supports your fitness goals, is easy to adhere to, and is sustainable for the long term. Fitness should be both challenging and fun, and we pride ourselves on crafting programs that are both. 

1 on 1 Remote Training

Take your fitness to the next level with real-time workouts with the support of an experienced coach. During these 60-minute virtual sessions, your coach will demonstrate each movement and give you feedback to ensure you are completing each movement safely and effectively.
